This activity aims to be a small tribute to legumes, since they are very rooted in our civilization, have an extraordinary nutritional value and are a delight through multiple culinary possibilities. The common thread of the activity will be the culinary elaboration of legumes. Meanwhile we will learn to cook them, we will talk about its history and science, all to enjoy and highlight the importance of this product which has an special color, flavor and smell stuck to Mother Earth that feeds and sustains everyone.
